Providers would remain independent businesses. The network is intended to grow beyond any one shop, with customer choice and future geographic expansion.
Fair work. Fair compensation.
Approved repairs would use documented, fair market pricing. The owner contribution and incentive together would cover the agreed repair amount.
Clear standards before participation.
Proposed standards cover diagnosis, written quotes, workmanship, privacy, safe repair, customer communication, and a transparent approval process.
No shortcuts for related businesses.
Any provider related to a founder, director, or officer would be subject to conflict disclosures, independent review, pricing safeguards, and board oversight.
Interest is not an appointment.
Joining this list does not approve a provider or guarantee referrals, exclusivity, repair volume, or revenue. Formal standards and agreements are still in development.
