Information you choose to share
Our forms ask for contact details and information relevant to a repair, provider interest, sponsorship, or general inquiry. Please do not submit passwords, identification documents, payment details, serial numbers, or the contents of personal files.
How inquiries are used
We use the information to respond, assess program interest, and send the related updates you agree to receive. A form submission is not an application approval or funding commitment. We do not sell inquiry information.
Delivery and access
When delivery is configured, inquiries are sent to the organization’s designated inbox using Resend, an email delivery provider. A confirmation is sent to the email address provided. Authorized team members and service providers supporting the website may process this information for these purposes.
If the site reports that delivery is unavailable, the form does not save the inquiry to a database or claim that it was received. Entered details remain on the page until you leave or reload it.
Technical and anti-spam information
Hosting systems may process IP addresses, request metadata, and security logs. Anti-spam controls use temporary rate-limit records. If a Cloudflare Turnstile check is enabled, Cloudflare processes information needed to assess the interaction. Submitted form contents are not written to application logs.
Analytics
Optional website analytics are currently disabled. No advertising tracker or GA4 script is active in this version.
Program reporting
Public impact reporting is intended to use aggregate or consented, anonymized records. Names, emails, device serial numbers, and personal device contents are not public reporting fields. Any identifiable story would require separate permission.
Retention and your choices
Inquiries are held only for as long as needed to respond and administer the relevant relationship, subject to recordkeeping obligations. The organization’s operational retention schedule is still being established. You can request access, correction, deletion, or an end to program updates through the contact page or by replying to a program email.
Children
Please have a parent or guardian contact us if you are under 18. The website is not designed to collect information directly from children under 13.
