Keep Tech Alive Foundation is currently being organized. References to planned programs describe proposed activities and should not be interpreted as confirmation of tax-exempt status.
Independent decisions
Planned safeguards include independent review of awards and providers, documented pricing, separate program accounting, conflict disclosures, and board oversight. These are proposed controls; formal adoption and operational readiness remain launch requirements.
Founder & commercial relationships
The concept grew out of repair-industry experience. The founder’s repair business, PC Repair Center, is a proposed, nonexclusive provider; it has not been approved through this website. Before any related provider participates, the proposed safeguards include conflict disclosures, independent review, comparison of pricing and alternatives, and board oversight. These arrangements remain subject to professional review and formal approval.
Privacy by design
Public reporting is intended to use aggregate or consented, anonymized information. Recipient identities and private device data are not public impact metrics. Sponsor recognition would require permission.
